First Holy Communion and Confirmation 2023

We will have both First Holy Communion and Confirmation in our parish in 2023.
Thanks to those parents who have already registered their children to receive these sacraments in 2023 – details on how to do so were in a letter sent before the summer holidays.

If you want to register your child, please email louisburghparish@icloud.com with the details required as soon as possible.

We will be running  the “ Grow in Love” programme for First Communion and the “You Shall be My Witness” programme for Confirmation in partnership with parents and young people in the coming months in preparation for receiving First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

We will have an information evenings for both:
First Communion: 8.00p.m. Tuesday, 20 Sept. 

Confirmation: 8.00 p.m. Thursday,  22 Sept. 

These meetings are for adults only, no children need to attend at this point, and they will be held in the Pastoral Centre in Louisburgh, opposite the church.

We will be looking for parents participation in these programmes so please come prepared to help out; there will be training and Garda vetting for the Confirmation programme.
